In short
Formed in Stockholm in 1991 as one of Sweden's slowest death-doom bands, and spent the thirty years since subtracting. The growls went first, on Discouraged Ones in 1998; then the doom tempos; then most of the distortion. What is left is a progressive rock band that still arranges like a metal one — Jonas Renkse's clean voice over minor-key figures, mixed deliberately cold. Co-founder Anders Nyström left in 2024, leaving Renkse the last man from the first record.
